Aliza Vellani bio

Aliza Vellani (born in British Columbia) is a Canadian actor and actress in the film and television industry. Vellani gained fame for her recent role in Netflix series Sweet Tooth as Rani Singh. Aliza Vellani has been working in both the US and Canada Film & TV industries for over a dozen years. Vellani is known for her roles on the series Little Mosque on the Prairie, The X-Files and Marvel Super Hero Adventures. Nora was born to Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen sometime between 2019 and 2024 within Central City. Nora Allen is named for her late maternal grandmother. Barry went missing in 2024 while combating Reverse-Flash and was never seen again. Nora was raised by Nora's mother. Vellani is the child of Indian immigrants to East Africa, was born in Vancouver. Her training began at an early age while she attended York House School. Vellani's award for cultural and arts in BC and the National Istar Awards were won in 2007 and 2008. Vellani continued her acting, voice and dancing training after graduating high school. The Midseason Flash premiere exposed Nora's secret conspiracy with Eobard Tawne who is known as Reverse Flash. Vellani initially planned on pursuing the degree of integrated media from OCAD, but she opted to put off her studies in order to take on the character. Marvel is her very first experience at college. The actress shared her Atlanta residence with fellow actors from the show.
